diy: faux pennant birthday card

¡ Feliz Cumpleaños Carolina!

I’ve seen a lot of cute pennant banner craft ideas, especially on mantels, so I wanted to use that festive look on a birthday card for my lovely friend from Colombia! :) Did you know Shakira is Colombian??? I had no idea until last week when I was searching for famous Colombian songs but I digress. :X Anyways, if you look closely, you’ll notice the pennants are not really attached to the baker’s twine but it looks like they are! Faux pennants for the win! :)
