My girlfriend Anna made kale chips at our game night last weekend and let’s just say they were gone in less than two minutes! Sooo yummy and healthy, too! And there’s more awesomness…it’s super easy to make! You just need three ingredients: kale, olive oil, and seasoning (salt and pepper)!
Here’s the pinterest recipe. My quick trick is: buy kale from Trader Joe’s (see picture below)…it’s pre-trimmed so all you have to do is rinse, season, and bake!
