My mom’s birthday was a couple months ago and I wanted to make her some uber special cupcakes. She loves to garden so lo and behold…ROSE CUPCAKES!
My helpful hubby and I worked on these paper roses during the week and on the weekend, made the cupcakes and topped them with the roses. Voila!
